|Kit Fisto - By: KONAMI|
|Position||Jedi Master of the (Jedi Order)|
Kit Fisto was born with Force-Sensitivity as a Nautolan born on Glee Anselm. He was related to the Force-Sensitive Teräs Käsi master Neaed Fisto, who was his mother's brother. Fisto was trained to use the Light Side by the Jedi Order at the Jedi Temple, Fisto's distinctive head tentacles contained sensitive olfactory receptors that detected pheromonal expressions of emotion and other changes in a body. This was a truly unique attribute not afforded to any other species of Jedi, naturally or through the Force. Building a green Lightsaber and finishing the Trials of Knighthood, Kit ascended to the rank of a Knight. Not one to draw attention to himself, Fisto studied the path of the Jedi Consular, aspiring to gain a seat on the Jedi Council of Reconciliation in his future as a member of the Jedi Order.
Jedi of the Order
Dawn of the Clone Wars
At some point prior to the Clone Wars, Kit Fisto had accepted the young Force-Sensitive Mon Calamari Nahdar Vebb as his Padawan, and trained him in the ways of the Force. They went their separate ways after Vebb passed the Trials and earned the title of a Jedi Knight. Fisto was one of the Jedi that joined Mace Windu to free Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, and Senator Padmé Amidala from execution at the hands of the Separatist Alliance. Landing on Geonosis, Master Kit Fisto and his comrades stormed the Petranaki arena and ignited their Lightsabers amidst hundreds of battle droids. During the battle in the arena, Kit crossed paths with a battle droid equipped with the head of a protocol droid; he pinned him underneath a B2 super battle droid before grinning to himself and continuing on with the fight. One of the few standing when the survivors were shepherded into the center of the arena, Kit Fisto stood ready to die with his allies when several LAAT/i gunships dropped out of the sky. Piloted by clones of the newly formed Republic Grand Army, Kit Fisto boarded Grand Master Yoda's ship along with fellow survivors Masters Windu and Ki-Adi-Mundi. Landing outside the arena, Kit Fisto led the clone army against the Separatist Droid Army during the opening battle of the Clone Wars.
Lair of General Grievous
While on the Tranquility, Viceroy Nute Gunray had escaped Republic control due to a betrayal and an infiltration from the Separatists. Unable to catch him, Luminara Unduli and Ahsoka Tano contacted Fisto, giving him the coordinates that they had tracked Gunray to. He traveled their immediately and met up with his former apprentice, Nahdar Vebb and a squad of his Clone Troopers. His apprentice then cleared the fog from the area after their greeting, exposing the lair entrance. Master Fisto looked at the door, and deciphered the code to enter the lair. The group entered the lair, leaving behind only two troopers to moniter their Nu-class shuttle. Once getting inside, they heard Gunray's voice and traveled to its source. The were spotted by battle droids and destroyed them, only to find Nute Gunray was only a hologram. He disappeared, then the image of Count Dooku appeared, showing them the way inside the rest. After traveling through a hallway, they saw Grievous' replacement parts, identifying the lair as his. Soon, they received a transmission from the two troopers posted outside that his astromech unit had spotted Soulless One, General Grievous' personal starfighter.
The group prepared for his arrival and confronted him once he had entered, and the general lost his legs during the brief encounter. He retreated to his control room and lost the Republic's team. He set traps for them and the team lost all of its troopers except for Commander Fil. The group was then confronted by Grievous' roggwart pet, Gor, who killed the commander before he was killed by Fisto himself. They looked around more and found his control room, entering after Grievous left from being recovered. Fisto was going to notify the troopers outside of Grievous' hiding place to transmit to Coruscant, but his apprentice felt an urge to defeat the great Jedi killer once and for all. Nahdar got separated from Kit Fisto and finally confronted Grievous, only to be killed by Grievous' gun. Fisto killed the general's medical droid and sat in the general chair, before witnessing his former padawan's painful death. He quickly evacuated the castle to leave, but was confronted by the general before is R6 unit could arrive. Master Kit Fisto was able to hold him off until Fisto's astromech R6-H5 brought his Delta-7B Aethersprite-Class light interceptor, then left, leaving the General leader behind.
Other Conflicts in the War
While in a meeting with Jedi Generals Mace Windu, Yoda, and Aayla Secura, a small droid called TODO 360 entered the war room through a small entrance by the hole, but left. The droid was terminated by an explosion caused by a planted bomb from bounty hunter Cad Bane. During his time on the Kaliida Shoals Medical Center, he received a transmission from Ahsoka Tano that some brain worms had infected the clone troopers from the Tango Company and Barriss Offee. Before Ahsoka passed out, Fisto told her he would take care of the situation. He took the troopers and the Jedi on the center and the brain worms were frozen to death and the Republic's group was all right. Jedi Kit Fisto was also able to analyze the worms for study. He was also seen watching a message from Grievous when the Jedi Master Eeth Koth was captured. Kit Fisto had later assisted the Jedi in rescuing some of the forces including Obi-Wan, Anakin, Ahsoka, Wilhuff Tarkin, and some clone troopers from the Separatist prison Citadel. Kit flew in his Delta-7 Aethersprite-Class interceptor an engaged the enemy, and rendezvous withe group. He escorted the Master Plo Koon's gunship with the group inside.
Aquatic War on Mon Cala
When the peace talks between the aquatic species of Mon Cala the Quarren and Mon Calamari people ended, Kit Fisto along with Anakin Skywalker's Padawan Ahsoka Tano and a company of clone SCUBA troopers were sent to Dac to aid the Mon Calamari Prince Lee-Char's forces in defense of their world. After his forces landed, Kit drove a OMS Devilfish subdown to the Mon Calamari city. Kit Fisto and his clone forces fought against the first wave of Quarren and Separatist forces under Commander Riff Tamson. The quarren and the aquatic battle droids then retreated back to their ships and the coral. Fisto knew that the droids were regrouping for another attack. When the droids attacked, they sent in Hydroid Medusas. Fisto along with skywalker fought against these creature, but to no avail. When Tamson came in behind them, the prince, at the behest of his military adviser Captain Gial Ackbar, ordered a retreat to caves on the seafloor. Fisto held the hydroid medusas off by driving his mini sub into one of them, destroying it in the process. Fisto then regrouped with what remained of the Mon Calamari and Republic forces with his fellow Jedi, Senators, and the Mon Calamari Prince.
Confronting Darth Sidious
As the Clone Wars drew to an end, the Force and the Jedi Order itself began to grow more and more clouded by the dark side. Shortly after the Battle of Coruscant, Supreme Chancellor Palpatine revealed to Anakin Skywalker his true identity as a Sith, prompting the young knight to inform Mace Windu. Windu, aiming to catch and sentence the newly revealed Sith for his crimes, traveled to the Chancellor's office in order to arrest him. He was joined by Kit Fisto, Agen Kolar, and Saesee Tiin. Confronting Palpatine in his office, the four Jedi ignited their Lightsabers, while Mace demanded that the Chancellor come with them to be detained. In a surprise attack, Darth Sidious had then ignited his own crimson saber, leaping across the room and felling Kolar with one strike. He proceeded to cut down Tiin with impressive speed, catching both Fisto and Windu by surprise. The Nautolan Jedi managed to hold off the Sith for a few seconds, before he was killed by a slice to the abdomen, as Yoda had foreseen. By the time Anakin arrived, Kolar, Tiin, and Fisto lay dead on the floor. Mace later became the fourth victim, falling to his death through the window after being hit with lightning.
Powers and Abilites
The Force: Having been trained in the ways of a Jedi Consular , Master Fisto was adept in the use of the Force and considered to be extremely powerful and having a strong connection by being one of the most powerful force users of his time. For instance, he was capable of creating and manipulating water currents through use of the Force for both offensive and defensive purposes. Fisto developed his own Force technique from this ability, aptly named the Force water orb, which he used during the Battle of Mon Calamari. He was the only known practitioner of this power, having created it himself. He also possessed an acute olfactory sense, allowing him to read the emotions of other sentients. Fisto was also skilled in the use of Force Speed and on Ord Cestus, his Force enhanced speed baffled even Obi-Wan Kenobi's experienced gaze. Fisto was also an extremely skilled swimmer and honed his Jedi abilities to take advantage of his amphibious origins, making him a lethal foe underwater as well as on land. Also, he was skilled in hand-to-hand combat, holding his own against Riff Tamson in an underwater brawl although he was unable to defeat him. Other abilities that Kit Fisto utilized were Force Jump that let him to jump at very great distances, and Telekinesis that let Kit use offense or defense. As testament to his skills, he was one of the Jedi who joined Master Windu to arrest Palpatine.
Lightsaber Skills: A master practitioner of Shii-Cho, Kit Fisto was considered to be one of the best swordsmen in the Jedi Order. His mastery of the form was advanced, and he applied it in many battles and duels, always with his smile. He went head to head with many of the most dangerous adversaries of the Clone Wars and lived. A notable opponent was General Grievous, whom Fisto almost defeated, as Form I's specialization against a number of foes, or in this case, multiple weapons, was well-suited to hold off the four Lightsabers Grievous' bizarre mechanical anatomy allowed him to wield. Fisto's quick thinking and speedy reflexes enabled him to recognize vulnerable body zones on his opponents and react immediately, as shown when he cut off Grievous' legs and later one of his hands during their duels. He was also competent in the use of Form IV lightsaber combat. However, Fisto was not without his weaknesses. Form I was ideal when heavily outnumbered and effective against many opponents, but a single opponent was able to find flaw in it, and this proved to be Kit Fisto's downfall. Kit Fisto's final battle against Darth Sidious ended with his death, as—despite Fisto's own power and skill—he simply wasn't able to compete with Sidious. However, he managed to last longer than his fellow combatants, Agen Kolar and Saesee Tiin, being able to block several of Sidious' vicious blows before falling.
Kit Fisto's Lightsaber: Kit Fisto had built a green-bladed Lightsaber sharing the same schematics as that of fellow Jedi Eeth Koth, from an early age and used it throughout his Jedi career and the entirity of the Clone Wars. It would remain in his possession until his death, but it is unknown what happened to it after Kit Fisto's death at the hands of Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Sidious. Fisto's blade saw action on a large number of battlefields against the Confederacy military, such as on Geonosis, Mon Calamari and Ord Cestus. Unlike normal Lightsabers, Kit Fisto's blade had a modification that let it operate more efficiently underwater. Kit Fisto was skilled in Lightsaber combat and was a master of Shii-Cho, which he mastered to its highest degree. Kit Fisto also displayed skill in Jar'Kai, while dueling Grievous during his mission to the third moon of Vassek, and almost overpowered the dreaded cyborg, a feat few Jedi of the Jedi Order could match.
